Orders delivered for more than 30 days will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
We will process a refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your items, we will process a one-time free exchange for you. You don’t have to return the item you receive. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of the new item.
Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided sizing charts on our product page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please Note: We do not process a refund, reprint or return in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested); and
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country’s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing “delivered” in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).

Items that have not arrived within 60 days are eligible for a refund or replacement.
If a tracking number shows as delivered and a customer claims they never received the package: The items were successfully delivered to the address you provided. No replacements or refunds will be issued on items that show as successfully delivered.
Custom printed items (running shoes, high top shoes, low top shoes, car seat covers, wallet …) are not eligible for a refund (unless they are defective or damaged) as these items are unable to be restocked.
Orders that have not arrived within 60 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
If you made a mistake with your order (incorrect address, incorrect size selection etc), or you would like to cancel your order – Please let us know within 24 hours from the time of purchase – if you fail to contact us in this time, it is likely your order has already been dispatched or has entered production (for printed apparel and accessories), we cannot make any changes to your order and refunds are not eligible. Thank you for your understanding.
